SoulSculpt is an online Strength and Pilates method for women 40+. Combining progressive strength, Pilates precision, and hormone aware movement. The classes help you build muscle, support hormonal health, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.
My Story
After becoming a mother at 41 and navigating hormonal shifts, I created SoulSculpt to help women rebuild strength, reclaim their bodies, and move with purpose.
This is more than a class — it’s a method built around how your body actually works now.

How It Works?
SoulSculpt offers flexible training access with options you choose — monthly or yearly — so you can train with consistency, curiosity, and care.
What’s included
Access to live online classes scheduled on Thursdays at 10:15 CET (Madrid time)
Unlimited replays of every live session
A Bonus Training Library of on‑demand classes
Full‑body workouts that are mindful, feminine, and fierce
Props: light weights (1–5 kg), Pilates ball, exercise band and a mat
Clear, educational cues for posture, strength, and midlife body needs
Training is designed to be educational, empowering, and accessible, whether you join live or follow at your own pace.
