Upper & Back Body

Build strength and definition in the upper body with a focus on controlled mobility. We work with heavier weights that still allow full range of motion — challenging arms, shoulders, back and core. Expect strong, energising movement with full-body integration. Props: 2-3kg dumbbells (or weights that feel heavy yet mobile for you) Pilates ball, Ankle weights, Optional: Heavy weight 3-5kg dumbbell
